The Student administration is an administrative bridge between students and the University.
It performs the following tasks: prepares student applications and prepares exam records; records and archives minutes and exam applications; keeps registers and files of students in the first cycle of studies; issues certificates and credentials to students; certifies semesters for students, performs enrollment tasks at faculties / academies, enrollment in the next year of study and regulation of student status; collects professors’ signatures on exam recognition and prepares solutions for students who transfer to SPU study programs according to the documentation submitted by the exam recognition commission; places the results of exams and other notices of the Student administration on the notice board; prepares statistical reports for the needs of universities and authorities; receives applications and requests from students addressed to the management of the University and the Faculty / Academy; prepares decisions of the Dean, Rector, Senate and Board of Directors, made at the request or request of students; informs students about the decisions on their applications made by the competent authorities of the University; organizes the schedule of exams at the University, performs correspondence and sends notifications to other departments of the University, takes care of issues of issuing documents from student files; records the applications for the topics of the final papers in the first, second and third cycle studies and forwards them to the members of the Commission and the mentor; writes letters to the Senate on received applications and the need to form commissions to assess the suitability of topics, candidates and final papers in agreement with the dean of the faculty / academy, prepares decisions on the formation of commissions, monitors drafting reports, participates in drafting regulations for study I, II and cycle III; takes care of the regularity of the implementation of the procedure for the selection of academic staff; receives and registers received applications for competitions for teachers and associates; prepares documentation for elections for deans and professional commissions; prepares decisions on the formation of commissions for the election of teachers; informs the commissions about the formation and submits the necessary documentation; presents the reports received to the Senate; performs other tasks within the competence of the student service.
The student administration works on the campuses in Slobomir and Doboj every working day from 8 am to 4 pm, and with students from 9 am to 1 pm.
